Screwy Squirrels

Whether you enjoy watching them or are a little annoyed with them raiding your bird feeder, you can’t help but take interest in these charismatic critters. Personally, we’re a little jealous of their climbing skills.

When working with trees we prefer to avoid their nests during the breeding seasons. Yes, seasons, squirrels breed twice a year, usually around the end of winter (Dec – Feb) and midsummer (May – Jun). If there’s a nest in part of a tree you would like worked on, please have the work done outside of these times.
